We aim to respond within two business days. During peak allergy season (March through June) response times may stretch to three or four — our noses are part of the problem.
What to include
- Bug report or data issue: your approximate location (city is fine), the browser you're using, and a screenshot if possible.
- Content correction: a link to the page and a clear note on what's wrong or missing.
- Advertising / sponsorship inquiry: your company, the product category, and your target audience.
- Media / press: your outlet, deadline, and what you're working on.
